We got the first snowfall of the season this week..
not quite an inch....but we know there's more to come....Time to start putting up the Christmas decorations!
Last year we skipped Christmas and it won't happen again!
We left for Florida on Dec. 20th and it just wasn't the same....
Christmas is my very favorite Holiday and over the years
I've managed to accumulate quite a few decorations and seem to
find a place for all of them.
This year we're leaving for Florida on the 27th, so I promised
my Husband that I'd only put up what I could take down
and put away in 2 hours!
It was quite difficult to decide what to put up
and what to keep stored away....
This is what I came up with....
My theme is built on trees...
and every tree has its own theme....
I have been know to up up as many as 15 trees!!!
our way down to Florida...it was on sale for $10.oo and
I just couldn't resist it!
Of course, Guy couldn't understand why
I would purchase such a large item when we barely had
enough room for us in that loaded Van.....

I just had to have these bells and her husband Gary
was kind enough to mail them to me later...

I think I spent more money on the other Christmas booths
than I actually made in my own...

Okay Joni, I'd like to be there when you only get two hours to put them all away. But I love all your Christmas "stuff!" That's something I had to give up when we adopted the RVer lifestyle, but my "stick house" used to be decorated to the gills, too, all of which was split up between our two daughters. So now, when we visit their homes at Christmas time it just feels like home, once again. Merry Christmas to you two.
