Carolyn and Brian Finnerty stopped by on their way to Mexico for a couple of nights. They are on their way to an all inclusive restort in Cancun for a 10 day vacation.
Brian is a computer geek and played around with our wireless system to see if he could update our system
Guy decided he needed to practice on his cooking skills for Craig's visit, so he made Escargot....
He sauteed butter, onions and garlic.....
boiled his shells....
Brian loved them too....
He is sharing his secret recipe with Brian....
After the appetizer, we walked over to Ron Jon's and enjoyed dinner....
