Renovations & Restorations

Once we decided we were staying, we decided to make some changes!

I had bought a second hand Mega Quilter last Fall that is 10' long and

I just couldn't fit it in my Sewing Room, so Guy and Lee knocked the existing wall back 6' to accomodate it.

What a great job they did! Got the quilter inside with room to spare!

Without his boat to putter around with, Guy had lots of time on his hands and decided to refinish a couple of old tables that we got from his Aunt Katherine.  With a lot of elbow grease and many, many hours of labor, he restored them  with a beautiful Cherry finish. 

Since then, he has been working on a few other pieces of furniture.  He's done such a fantastic job......
