Jim & Pat left about 9:30 this morning to begin their leisurely trip back to Maine. They'll be stopping at Hilton Head for a couple days of golfing, then visiting with Family in Va., NJ, and Mass. We had a great time with them and so glad we were able to connect and go cruising together.
Frank & Marie Morrison dropped by for a visit and had lunch with us. They had been visiting friends in Melbourne and were on their way back to their winter residence in Charleston, S.C. We all agreed that this was the winter to escape from Maine.
Later that afternoon, we took our walk on the beach. I never seem to get tired of walking in the warm water and watching the surf roll in....today it seemed to be even heavier and more beautiful than usual.
