Jim & Pat visit us in Cocoa Beach

When Guy retired in December, Jim gave him a Highland Park, 32 year old bottle of Single Malt Scotch Whisky from Orkney Islands. He told Guy he could sell it on eBay for about $500.00 if he wanted to, but Guy said "no", he'd bring it to Florida with him this winter and when Jim came down to visit, they would crack it open together and share a drink then.


True to his word, he carefully packed it up in the Van and transported it down here and when Jim arrived this afternoon, they opened it, toasted each other and shared a drink!

After they had their drink and fixed the screen, we all took a walk on the beach....

I finally talked Guy into taking off those winter socks and letting those white ankles get some much needed sun.

Pat and I walked along the beach, chatting about our upcoming cruise....

It was a long day for Jim...
